Is there any reason for having this now as no one seems intrested anymore.Scenario been up for 3 weeks no takers. This part of the Blitz is to have new scenarios for you members without it its the same old ones over and over.Granted you all want to try out the old with the new rules etc but this wont bring new ones.Umbro has just posted a good new DC but no replies time you were waking up and getting to grips with the future of the game no new scenarios no game. And that would be a crime after all the hard work certain poeple have put into it to keep it alive.
Von Luck,
I will try out your scenario, send it my way and i'll play it with you.or i can always sneak it in on Ed, Mr Roadrunner to see if he will play it with me.

I only see one scen by Valor. Early war desert WF.

What has everyone been doing for three weeks? Or longer?

Sitting with their thumbs up their pumkins waiting for the patches to be finalised. I haven't played a CS game since early August. A couple of people I asked for a game wanted to wait for 1.04 final. Now it's here and things will move on.
Well two plus months later and Chuck and I finished testing the only H2H posted.

Anything else?
Hello,

I believe that H2H is needed and is valuable tool in bringing scenario designers and test players together. Especially those on the beginning of the way.

I agree with Paul, that 1.04 has hindered the designing and playing effort a bit, but the statistics show that the number of games played is increasing, so will the number of playtests and scenario designs.

In fact I'm working on next scenario. I have just decided to redesign it and use the wholla bunch of those new units we have thanks to development team cheers

All the best

I have one but wasnt sure how it would fair in the h2hd section maybe i upload it there when i get some more time....sedan 1940.....based on a book....another in progress Narvik: Invasiion Norway with artistic license for playability. I like to give a player the chance to use some assets in the theater that were available but not historically used in action...giving the player a more overall command of strategy.....might be fun for some.
Anyway i certainly appreciate the efforts of designers and the work involved for some of these historic or otherwise scenarios and the time it takes to achieve a finished product for all to enjoy. And the new units are great. Keep them coming.

Send it in. I really like Fall Gelb/Rot scenarios!

That may be interesting indeed. However there are some Narvik scenarios in database. If you provide some new tools, or new perspective you should succeed

Thanks Valor, i certainly dont expect to be in the same league as some of the legendary designers around here...and im always happy to play other peoples designs...time is my problem at moment....Im having enough trouble keeping up with what i have going on....and a slow computer that struggles with some of the large games.
i will have to seek out these Narvik scens......and have a look.....Other areas of the Norway campaign were of interest as well....Oslo for example...and Trondheim...The initial invasion was carried out by german destroyers carrying 200 mountain troops each in snow and squally conditions. The skirmish between Cruiser HMS Renown and the German battlecruisers Scharnhorst and Gneisenau west of Narvik....(both parties retired after sustaining damage).....the 2nd battle of Narvik with HMS Warspite trailing a sortie of destroyers steaming into the fiords to destroy the out of supply German destroyers that were used in the initial invasion....

Its funny how CS is never perceived as an old game but as a game thats just kept going...regardless of time.....and that says something about the game and those that play it or have donated input in whatever form for over a decade.
good luck with your scenario and i would be happy to try it :-)
cheers

ps
the sedan scen is in the database but it is big....the germans 3 panzer divisions and 2 inf regiments crossing the meuse......12 months it took to get some sort of finality to that design lol....:-)...Thanks Relayer

Ahh Valor i see you have done Trondheim and Oslo...Excellent....i shall have a try at these with some opponents i have new games to start...i have been dawdling as to what to play next...cheers

Hi All,
As I have stated before I'm willing to test anything. So if the Rattler is ready send it my way and we'll have a go at it. I prefer to help out and do the testing if any opponent wants to have a go at it. drop me a line to warn me the game is comming. Thanks !!!
