How do you get arty to setup once it's stopped moving?
I assumed all i had to do was bring it out of travel mode and leave it staionary, but after several turns they're still sat there having tea and biscuits. :eek1:
Is there a separate command that i've not been able to find yet?

The percentage chance artillery will set up per turn is governed by a value in your parameter file. Press F4 to get the file during a game.
Artillery Values:
Russian Counterbattery: 50% Axis Counterbattery: 150%
Russian Stockpiling: 0% Axis Stockpiling: 0%
Russian Stockpile Fire: 100% Axis Stockpile Fire: 100%
Russian Artillery Set Up: 50% Axis Artillery Set Up: 90%
Russian Indirect Mod: 50% Axis Indirect Mod: 100%
You can always use it in the direct fire mode (seeing the targets directly by themselves) but that will deny them setting up the following turn.
