This may be a dumb question for some of you but,
How do I create a folder on my desktop for each of RS, EF, WF?

You can right click on the folders and drag them to your desktop then select "create short cut here" from the list. You will need to make make your directory window smaller by clicking the little square in the top right so that you can see some of your desktop to drag onto it.
