There is no mechanism to verify that I believe, but there is not much you could have done wrong, just as long as you install on the right drive\path of your game. Default it installs to C:\Matrix Games\John Tiller's Campaign Series.
In game you'll notice that the assault rules are patched and the low supply bug is fixed. That is pretty hard to go unnoticed.

HI Jack,
Make sure to double click the file after unzipping. The Installer will open and the patch will be applied. I forgot this step and sent a turn out with the old version........I caught it when I noticed the vis changed from 4 to 3 hexes.
Good luck.
Rob

If you downloaded the 1.03 UPDATE from here, unzipped and installed there is no problem.

If you did NOT download the BETA 1.03 UPDATE and used the UPDATE button, there is no problem.
Otherwise, you have the wrong one, the BETA still.

Start EF, select boot camp vs AI, when you see the map, from the top menu (press m to make the top menu appear) select help. From the dropdown, select about. You should get a small window that states EF 1.03
Edit, I forgot that the beta would show 1.03 too. Never mind...

:chin:Hi Jack,
the BETA version had this fire strength bug when the unit was low on ammo. thsi is fixed now.
if your units low on ammo still fire with poor fire power then you still use the Beta version.
:chin:
see you at Titovka. :smoke:

Thanks guys!
Rob, thank you because I had not opened the patch, but was able to do so after reading your suggestion.
