How do I add my Icon or Avatar?

About a third of the way down the page you'll see a link that says User CP. Click that and you get a page with your user control panel. On the left is a menu which includes an option to change your avatar.
The picture must be no bigger than 80x80 pixels and the file no bigger than 10kb. ;)
