I am happy to play either side in this one. You can choose your optional rules and I will pick my side or vis versa. I am only interested in opponents who are active and not in boot camp. At least 2 turns per week would be good.

Prepared to negotiate these rules with you. I can not fit in two games right now but will commit to a return game with the same rules after we finish game one. What do you think?

Ok for deleting opt surrender and no low fuel. But artillery setup in this one is a big avantage for Germany. Its 90% for Germany and only 50% for Russia. I would not play as Russian with artillery set up.
