I have no idea if this problem is related to 103, VISTA, my PC, or a combination of all of the above. But here goes:
When I scroll the map, almost the entire screen turns white, hiding the map. Clicking on a portion of the white screen then reveals the underlying original map hex(es). If I reduce the window, or minimize the window, and then pull it back up, the white overlay disappeard, and I am back in business.
But needless to say, the lack of being able to conveniently scroll the map is a real pain in the arse.
I suspect it is related to VISTA, but thought I would check in to see if anyone else has encountered it, and if there is a fix.
