Downloaded this campaign scenario from the Gamesquad site.

But decided to do a seperate install as it's 1985, with some different named unit folders, and as l already have Bolt out of the Blue installed.

Gotta draw you attention to the review units/OOB scenario, could spend all day just drolling over the unit art.

Lots of new art but no written information on the actual Red Storm Rising scenario itself but l don't have the book.
Has anyone started playing this one, and if so is it for PBEM only or which is the best side to pick verses the AI.

I did alter some unitboxes and Large 2D counters ( Hungarian and Commonwealth ) and changed some of the older art to Ed Williams terrific work.
Well it's not Bodo but Bedo .

You can play it only PBEM.

It's better to play with option :
Indirect fires and air strikes by the map.

Greg
I stand corrected, in my haste to inform everyone of another great campaign addition l muddled up the name.
Must have been thinking of the guy in Enter the Dragon.

Anyhow l've let the AI play the Warpac just to see what happens.
But l'll soon get bored as l have a number of ongoing PBEM games.

The PzC|MC AI is scripted and this Campaign has no AI orders in it for either side - this would make the WP on the attack to be very questionable. Whereas the default Campaign has over 500 AI Orders when you consider Eng orders to build and damage bridges.

Right, that really explains the difference between the two campaigns.

So as Greg stated, Red Storm Rising is for PBEM only.

Thanks.
