Units that are Digging-In or Low on Ammo have 1/2 fire value.

Look in the USER Doc under Firing | Basic Fire Resolution and then look under the "Additional Fire Modifiers"

In addition to the half fire value that Glenn mentions, low ammo units drop one in morale value from their current value, unless already at No Morale.

Low ammo units are also penalized when involved in an assault. If attacking, they launch their assault at 1/4 assault strength; if defending, they utilize 1/2 of their assault strength.

Hey Billie...I have scoured the manuals and can find nothing that mentions these assault penalties for "Low ammo" units. Where did you find this info? Sorry, I don't mean to question your answer, just would like to confirm the details for myself. :chin:
It is in the Assault section of the users manual.....:)

2nd paragraph....."Attacking units in Travel Mode or that have Low Ammo attack at 1/4 assault value."

4th paragraph........"Units that are Disrupted, have Low Ammo, or are Digging-In defend at 1/2 assault value."
Thanks Foul. You took the words right out of my fingertips!

Regards,

Billie
Thank you, gentlemen. I don't know why I always have such a hard time finding this stuff!?
Many thanks to all who have shared their knowledge.:)
