Anyone help me with a problem I'm having playing El Alamein please?
During play, I hit a button by mistake and a formation on the map showed arrows pointing to a unit, presumably the HQ.
Now, during play, whatever I do with the units in that formation, when I end the turn, the units move around of their own accord!
I've checked the hot-keys in the manual but can't see any that would explain what is happening?

Sounds like you set the Division or whatever the formation to auto move using the AI. This function will allow you to set a division or whatever to move to a pre-determined location, and you wont have to move them manually or individually. Fortunately, it is easy enough to get rid of. Just click on AI from the menu bar. Look for the entry in the drop down menu of View/Delete AI orders. Once you click on that you should have a box with a list of AI orders. By clicking on the an entry in the list, there should be an arrow that shows up on the map. Highlight the set of AI orders you want to delete, and click on delete in the bottom of that box.
