Well nearly, but I'm starting the sign ups now. The Website will be open very soon but for now you will find the Game Guidelines attatched.

This is a hypothetical Operation Sealion Tournament following the successes and misfortunes of the German Heeresgruppe C and the British Home Defence forces opposing them.
