looking for some good WW2 books for free, mostly from the US, german and japanese view and theatres?

than go to the US Army center of Military History. Here´s the link:

the books can be found in "Bookshelves"

they have fine pictures, too.

Actually you can read a fair few of the US Army Green Books.......they may have changed things since you last visited. Well worth a look.
