Some days there are things just make you go Hmmm... This is for Laza's number fetish...

I actually looked at some of my opponent's positions on the ladder... and realized I"m playing #1, #2, and #3...

Between the three of them, they have played 2,459 games... Two of them have 950+ each... And those are just reported games... I'm sure each of them has a few notches not reported...

Between them, they have won 915 games... while losing... 797... they combined for a total of 457 draws... Admittedly, most of the losses and draws belong to Ed, but I still find these numbers staggering...

If they were to start over from scratch, each playing 20 games a month, it would take them 3.5 years to reach this total again... That is some serious wargaming... Now if we go with a more realistic 10 games a month, it would be 7 years...

Are they dedicated or what?

They lost 797 games? Maybe it's time I tried again.
I prefer to play people around my level but occasionally I put my toe in the water, just to see if they are still biting and to see if the last year has improved me.

I only have two toes left though.
