How do I stop the repeating sounds of gunfire etc on EFII?

restart the game.

Btw did you get the repeating sounds in the WE version? I haven't had that anymore since ME.

I have tried the restart method, still it happens.

As Huib asked. Are you playing from the ME game? :chin:
There is a sound loop in the Talonsoft version that was taken care of in the new Matrix Edition.
Save the game and restart the game often is the answer. When I played the TS CS and had the endless sound loop I often turned down the sound.

Only other solution is turn the sound down.......grit your teeth.........and move fast :-)

To get rid of the repeating sound with the Talonsoft version, most of the time I just had to save and restart the file; sometimes I had to get all the way back to the desktop and restart EFII, and rarely I had to reboot the whole machine.

I did it, I performed a disk clean on the computer and a defrag.

This normally happens through or just after the battle replay.Once finished just save the game and resart works ok for me.
