1 - Are there any bridging units in SPWW2, something that can deploy in a water hex (e.g. canal) and other units can cross? Specifically is such a unit available to the Germans at any point?

2 - What is the best editor representation of Anti - Tank ditches? Something that would provide cover to infantry but would be impassable to vehicles. (On this note does the AVRE actually "work" in SPWW2 i.e. drop fascine in ditch?).

Unfortunately the only 'bridging' equipment is barges.. but beware that anything on a barge that sinks is lost.. AVRE's don't work.. our friends from SPCAMO indicate they have tried to make AVRE's or similar vehicles work, but the code is very near it's limits and they have had no success after numerous attempts..

Best representation of AT ditches are the 'trenches' used in the editor, or purchased as a fixed defense in an assault/defend game.
