It happens me a problem in spmbt and in spww2.

When playing the game are you sent to desktop and when you return to the game the colours are wrong?
Open another screen in the game, “Preferences”, and exit back to the main screen. That should reset the colours.
In WinSPMBT/SPWW2 Setup you can also try changing “Game Mode” or “Screen Size”.

Are you playing in "Full screen" or "Windowed" mode?
Have you tried "Windowed"? It's more stable for some computers.
