I was wondering if, in the future patches...a "civilian" group (of some kind) might be added, similar (I suppose) to what is included in the Vietnam Mod. It would be very, very helpful in reconstructing some of the early Pacific War scenarios for RS. i.e. trying to ensure a convoy (of women, children and, of course, diplomats) gets through and et. al. If not...that's OK too, can work around it...but I think it might be cool.

Sure, that could be arranged.

Jason,

Indeed.

Thank you very much...do need it for Kuching.

Thanx

Curt
Jason,

At Kuching...we have a whole convoy of schoolgirls, their moms, and sculduggers, in schoolbuses, heading for Singkawang 2. "Got to get them out of there"...

Duly noted. Fascinating indeed. Would certainly bring a whole new element to the game.

100VP per platoon? or?

Jason Petho
Jason,

I'm not sure. But it must be so terrible for the "friendly" side, loosing their treasures...

...capice?

...and thanx so much....

I have played quite a few DGVN battles and the civilians do add a twist to wargaming. Very tense as your unit op-fire on civs and lose you points.

I am playing a Mekong delta scen as USA. The NVA has civs and armed civilain infiltrators. With FOW you are not sure who is who till they start shooting. Enemy boats show an unknown passenger. Sink it or not?

Civilians in a VL hex must be fired upon until they retreat or die to gain the hex.

I vote for adding them to the rest of the series.
