The latest OP-Art I have is COW. I didn't know there was an OPART III.

Be sure and check out the threads on TOAW III under "Important Threads", above; it's a tremendous improvement over COW, but can still play all the older COW scenarios, and even older ones than that, once they've been ported to COW.

I can play the COW version, no prob. Do you have any scenario in mind?
Because I'm particularly looking for someone to play:
Liuban' Op 42 as a German
Dniepr 2.0 as a Russian
Dragoon 44 as a German

And some others... I can play almost anything.

I can play any of the scenarios you listed. Let me know which one you want to play and who has to start the game.
