I know I've seen the ladder but now I can locate it. Also how does one report a modem IP game?

you can access the online ladder by going to the ladders listing page and choosing it from the CS area or use THIS LINK to get there.

Reporting the online games is the same as posting your Regular games, just use the Also reported on Drop down menu box on the game report screen and choose Online challenge option.
