I noticed that my Russian 82mm Mortars have an outline of the image and the complete unit base just fine, but no image of the mortar team inside the outline.

Does anybody else have this same problem?

And is there an easy fix, short of a re-download?

Check your folder for Up00101.bmp . If it isn't there, I can send it to you, or you should be able to use the same file from East Front II.
