had a similar problem with e-mails getting blocked by opponent's ISP.
Turned out that if you use 'reply to' it builds up lots of files and the ISP treats it as spam eventually.
Possibly sending reply as a new message sorts it or else you have to contact your ISP to contact their's to resolve the issue.
