Hey WD,
Refer to my other post, when you were having trouble. Its the hedge row problem. Check out the Training Grounds-Tech FAQs- Campaign section. Tells how to fix the hedge row problem. It has to do with old EF 1.02 maps.
Also I have had to do this also.
Problem Solved!
Apparently is was an issue with the scenarios being made for a previous version of EF2.
The solution is easy but a little tricky. Go to the EF2 Editor and do the following but be careful to do them in this order.
A.Open and Save the ORg files of the scenario you are converting with the ORg editor.
B.Open and Save the Map files of the scenario you are converting with the Map editor.(You will get the error message here but ignore.)
C.Open the Scenario file with the Scenario editor. Save it.
D.The scenario should load fine next time you play it.
Just be sure to do it in this order. Apparently EFGOLD 2 does not automaticaly load the Org files when you load the Scenrio files. If you save the Org files then the Map files the Scenario files then reads them when you load the game[quote]

I have EF2 GOld and all of a sudden only the scenrios that come with the game will load. User made scenarios I downloaded will not load, in the loading screen is get a "Scenario Read Error File."The game loads but only the map. It is not scenario specific. You might have to modify the scenario and reload your opponants file. I thought I had a corrupt file once, reinstalled and lost a bunch of goodies. Finally read through every post about EFII to get the answer.
