Hi, i've been visisting for awhile and finally got the courage to join. I see I've been placed in bootcamp. My question is do I wait to be contacted or do I offer myself up to the wolves?

From the main page of the blitz, go to "Training Ground" from the link at the top of the page. Everything you need to know for PBEM is there.
There are also tips for playing the game.

I have EFII 1.03 and he has 1.02
He doesn't see the file I sent in the resume menu.
What do we do?
I have checked and I have EFII v1.03
But for some reason it doesn't show in the list. It is however in the main file folder
Anyone have any input or advice. It would be helpful.

I would recommend starting a new PBEM game (any scenario) and ensuring the file is being saved in the main folder as opposed to My Documents folder that it sometimes saves to. Restart the game.
Once this is done, the file that junk2drive sent you should show up.

See if that corrects the problem
You see a .bte file in your East Front folder, not your Talonsoft folder, correct?
What Jason suggested should create a pbemail.xxx and .yyy file.
