I thought Jason Petho was the guy working on the WF expansion - Asiaticus was working on some kind of Rising Sun revamp - unless things have changed without my knowledge.
Last I heard on the WF expansion issue was over a year ago though.

Jason is working on PB2 which is East front Expansion #2
I do know George IS/WAS working on the WF expansion PB#3 for our club.
The RS expansion MIGHT be under George's direction but, I've heard nothing of it to this date.
