I used to, but havn't used one in quite a while. Late 60's early 70's or so. Maybe longer. I have a drawer full of calculators without batteries. Do you remember the round slide rules the fly boys used to carry?
Got hooked by a friend's Atari with dual 5 1/4 drives. First game was Red Storm Rising. About six months later I went out and bought a ASI with a whopping 12mghz clock speed and a 20mb HD! Started playing Reach for the Stars and Napoleon's Battles (don't remember who made it, but it was b/w and pretty fun).
