Hi to all involved in the Battle For Iraq.

I have recieved the final results for round 1 and am updating the pages as we speak. Should be done very shortly.:)

Anyway there have been some great battles and some impresive victories and by the look of it some very hard fought battles.

Round 2 is ready to kick off in approx 48 hours from now.

Its the vaunted Desert Rats vs some more hardened Iraqi forces.

For those happered by the destruction of their bridges in round 1, good news no bridges.

Look out for my emails within 48 hours and we will be underway.:smg:

I really thought that you planned for the bridges to be brought down and just tried to move as many troops over as possible before the inevitable happened.

Thanks for the round one, it was great entertainment although it took me 1-2 hours to play each turn, I was exhausted every time. Maybe I should start to exercise.

No not at all, when playtesting it never occurred to me or weasel to bring down the bridges.:)

But in real life back in '03' i guess the Iraqis would have tryed to bring them down.
