T'41 is not the most popular title in our community. I'm in the middle of the Volcano ALT Brevity scenario, and based on my (limited) experience, I recommend that you check out the ALT scenarios.

In my opinion Volcanos Alt versions of the T41 scenarios are superior in every way to the stock versions, it is sad that T41 has never been able to shake off its bad reputation in this community 
Remember if you play a Alt T41 scenario you must use the optional rules that are set out in the word doc included with the scenario files.
