I'd like to play "10_08s: Winter War in the NORTHAG Sector ".

I am looking for a more experienced opponent, who has played an NGP campaign at least once before.

I would be happy to play either side.

Optional rules very negotiable, but here's what I usually like:
Recon Spotting
Night Fatigue
Programmed Weather
Counterbattery Fire
Limited Air Recon
