A STARSHELL CAN BE FIRED BY SELECTING A ELIGIBLE UNIT, ENSURING THAT THE PROGRAM IS IN FIRE MODE AND, WHILE DEPRESSING THE ALT AND THE SHIFT KEYS, RIGHT CLICKING ON THE TARGET HEX.
