I hope this is what you are looking for:
- Click on your "User CP" listed in the small box near the top of any Web Page on this site.
- From there you'll see a list of options and things that you can change on the left hand side of that page.
- Near the bottom left hand side you'll see a list of items under the heading "Miscellaneous".
- Click on either "Favorite Threads", "Subscribed Threads" or "Forum Subscriptions" depending on what you want and then follow the instructions.
