Just got a new PC and was watching my opponents turn when the screen went blank ( did'nt realize this was the power saving mode clicking in ). Any suggestions on how to avoid this or will I just fidget with the mouse during replay.
f7 or f8 will speed up the replay. Or you can change the idle time on control panel->display->screen saver.

Thanks Fury, will look into this if I can stop gawking at the graphics.
I just try to remember to jiggle the mouse when the turn replay quiets down and all those enemy units out of LOS are moving.
If I forget and the screen blanks out, I just jiggle the mouse and the screen comes right back.
