I am pleased to have just finished and forwarded to Glenn and Paul a reworked version of this scenario. In fact the original idea is excellent just very unbalanced

I have rebalanced this rather excellent but very unbalanced hypothetical Scenario as follows;

1. Added Supply sources Axis (50) in Silenki and Vyazma (50)

2. Added further Axis units and some re enforcements start on map

3. Modified Russian supply for days two and three (One time change each day 75% chance of a -5% change).

4. Unfixed a couple of Russian Units (Engineers)

5. improved a few of the defences. Disabled a little of the transport network (Partisan activity).

6. Added 20th Russian Cavalry Division attached to 5A at 8% arrival from 14th Aug (For some what if).

7. Added further units of 2nd Pz on map and low % arrival by rail in the North (5% per turn per unit per turn from 1200 14th Aug, all units arrive low fuel/ammo by rail).

8. Reduced arrival % for other units to below 100% (Nothing should be certain).

9. Moved some of the victory locations and split them up a bit.

10. Just unzip in tyour R42 folder 2 files word read me and scn file

Why not upload it to our H2H area and let folks PBEM play test it for you, to get some real feed back on your latest effort. You'll see instructions on how to do so in the sticky thread above.

Thanks for the suggestion , iseemed to mamage to do that but i would have thought for H2H it was a bit long

I don't have R42, but according to the scenario depot it is SM4 and 65 turns long, that is at the upper limit of size for the H2H section, but why not upload it and see if anybody will test it? :)
If you do i will be able to award you some bonus ladder points as well! :smoke:
