Full Version: Anyone for winSPWW2?

I have slots 1 and 2 free. I dont mind if we do scenarios, or our own battles, but if settin gup our own, we should have a few ground rules: Only 1 sniper/AT infantry unit per company of infantry if bought seperatly. If infantry comes with AT/sniper allready, no more to be purchased, as they unbalacne th egame when you have 2 many.

10% max of points to be spent on arty, (not including air support) and 1 unit of AAA guns max per company. ( it gets too lethal for planes otherwise!)

I will take you up on your game. This will be my 2nd game of WW2 so still learning its secrets.
Any slot. Also no pre 0 turn bombardment and no infiltrators. If thats ok set up and send it through.:)

WinSPWW2 has no infiltrators, its the 'other' game that has those. ;)

As stated in my post this is only my second game i will have started.

Hello Wigam,

You'll find that tanks are less effective against other tanks.. but they rule the open ground as Infantry AT weapons are not all that effective or accurate.. watch out for AT guns - they are the bane of tanks!!

I really like the look of it and hope to get my head around it. I guess the first few games will be trial and era, mostly the latter.:hissy:

true - but dont forget tanks are not that lethal against infantry either.
